Free shipping throughout Italy for orders over €80.00. Shipping costs for all orders under €80.00 are €6.90.
1stAmerican generally ships within 3 business days.
Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday.
The courier will attempt to deliver the order for two consecutive days. After two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
For the provinces of Venice and Messina, shipping costs for orders under €150.00 are €25.00.

Free Shipping for the United Kingdom for orders over € 250.00. Shipping costs for all orders under € 250.00 cost € 25.99 (including taxes and customs duties).
Free Shipping for the United States and Switzerland for orders over € 199.00. Shipping costs for all orders under € 199.00 cost € 60.00 (including taxes and customs duties).
Returns
We also offer free returns and exchanges in Europe, the US and the UK online and hassle-free, with prepaid labels. You can choose to return any product for any reason, if purchased within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
How can I make a return?
1. CONTACT US
Contact us by sending an email indicating the order number to the email address: shop@1stamerican.it
2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place the items IN THE SAME BOX in which you received them, filling out the appropriate return form you will receive in response to your request, and reseal the package. If the original BOX is no longer available, we ask you to use a new, well-sealed package.
3. HAND OVER THE PACKAGE TO THE COURIER
You can ship the package with our courier completely free of charge or with a courier of your choice. If you choose to ship with a courier of your choice, please note that the costs will be at your expense, and we recommend a trackable shipment. In case of non-trackable shipment, any returns that do not reach our warehouse will not be refundable.
4. GET YOUR REFUND
After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items, and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same way you made your order.
Any shipping costs related to orders placed will not be refunded.
Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition with internal labels and tags attached), you will receive a Return Acceptance Confirmation email to confirm that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days.
For security reasons, we cannot refund to a card different from the one used for the purchase.
