How do I open my Corner?
Book your appointment via our WhatsApp Business number and schedule a visit at your store with one of our Corner Specialists.
Can I view the Products?
If you’d like to view one or more products during your appointment, you’ll be able to see them together with our Corner Specialist.
Can I restock sold-out items?
We carry out targeted restocks based on the monthly sales you report.
Payment
What are the payment terms?
By the 5th of each month, you’ll be asked to report the sales for the month that just ended. An invoice will follow this report, payable upon receipt.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my assortment?
From the contract signing, we usually need 1–3 business days to prepare the selected assortment, and shipping time within Italy is 3–4 business days. Please note that processing and shipping may take longer for a large assortment.
